This phone call says Don't be alarmed but this is my last chance to lower credit card interest rates.This offer expires in 24 hours. Press 1 to speak to a representative. I have received this phone call twice a day for the last 3 months. I usually just hang up but this time I pressed one. An actual person came on the line and asked me how much money I was in debt. When I said that was none of your business they hung up. They called me again and again I pressed 1 and asked them to remove my name from their phone list...they again hung up on me. I *69 the phone to get the number 321-235-8331. When I called it the number had been disconnected.

I have gotten a call from this number everyday (at all hours of the day, 7AM to 9PM) for the last 2 or 3 months. No one ever sais anything, only hangs up. I've tried to return the call and I get recorded messages saying I dialed incorrectly. Please help me make them stop!!!!!!!!!! The phone wakes up my kids at bedtime and is just annoying.

I got numerous calls from these "people". There was never a message. I saw other complaints about this number from people who say the number is for Revenue Canada. BS! A Government agency would never call and NOT leave a message. Luckily I have a little trick called "virtual ring". At their end they hear the phone ring endlessly, voice mail doesn't pick up, nothing...just endless ringing. At my end I hear nothing, I'm completely unaware of any call, and it doesn't interfere with any incoming or outgoing calls. It's as if they never even called. Enjoy the ringing guys! >:)

They call every morning, I answer and there's no response. I finally called them back. The person identified herself as Olga with an obvious slavic accent. When I asked who the company was she said "not a company, just Golda" and wanted my number. I wouldn't give it to her (doesn't she have caller ID?), asked again who the company was and she hung up.

This number belongs to a collection agency named Diversified Collection Services (DCS). Their address is 333 North Canyon Parkway, Suite 100, Livermore, CA 94551. They are used by such states as Wisconsin to collect revenue. If you get a call from them and feel the request for back taxes is not valid, report it to your local authorities.

This is NOT a solicitor. Do Not Call lists do not apply to them. They are not a political affiliate, are not selling anything, and are not scam artists. They are a legitimate collection agency collecting on a Federal debt. If it's a wrong number, tell them. If it's a right number, you have options to get assistance on the debt.

A man claiming to be Vincent Cooper keeps calling looking for someone who doesn't live here. He has a strong mid-eastern accent. And requests us to call him back at 866-533-0609 regarding a serious legal issue. This seems to be some kind of scam.

yep i get the same thing everyone else is so i looked up the number and it's a cell phone out of clearwater flordia. the man who contacted me the first time told me it was in his records that my husband and i owned a time share and they wanted to buy it well he was kinda shocked when i told him my girlfriend and i don't even own our house and i'd like to know who my husband was cause when i find out who i married he was in deep crap for buying something in my name with out asking LOL

It looks like this company has been operating since 2006 or longer! My suggestion to EVERYONE - BLOCK THEM! You would think the government or some law enforcement agency would shut them down. Oh, well, two more would just crop up in its place. Just like roaches, kill one, two show up next day.

These people have called several times offering to sell my time share, and I don't have one. I hung up the first couple of times but this last time I played along and tossed out an a name. They said... "Oh yes, we have it right here." Then came the sell... give the information about your time share and we'll get back to you in 24 hours. I told him he was lying because I had lied to him, then hung up.

This number called me twice. Once yesterday and once today. Both calls have been during the day time. I called it back and it's a recording that says it's Allstate Insurance and it's a courtesy call, that they sometimes make coutesty calls to their customers but no action is required by the customer. I do have Allstate Insurance, not sure if this is or is not a legitimate call though.
