When they call for someone who doesn't live in my home, and leave a message, it says if you are XXX and continue to record this message you are indicating this is you and must call 888-754-0373. When I called to say no one by that name lives here, I was placed on hold and continued to wait for 38 minutes and was very frustrated and almost hung up. Just wanted to let this compnay know that the person they were looking for didn't live there. Bad customer service and F---d -up company.............As i'm typing this, they picked up and I stated I was on hold 38 minutes and he didin't apologize. He just asked me for the information of the person he was looking for. Just think if you owed this company and wanted to pay--you would have to wait and I don't think anyone wants to wait to pay for anything.

An automated call (Recording) calls several times a day claiming to be trying to reach a "Richard". I have spoken to than several times explaining to them that they are calling a Buisness Cell Phone and "Richard" does not own the phone. They claim to be taking me off "The List".....the calls keep coming in. Frustrated.

They are test marketing a new driver for golf. They offered one free for me to try out. I paid the shipping which was reasonable. The free club is great and I figure it is at least as good as a cheap one at K-Mart for $40. However, since I got the club, they do call often with other offers which are not free

I was called by a person claiming that I owed a payday loan from 707-988-9954. I told him that I did not owe him anything and I was told that in the next few minutes I would be contacted by the authorities. A minute went by and my cell phone rang the number that came up was 911 I was told that he was officer Dan Brown and he would be at my place of employment on Friday to arrest me and take me back to California to face charges. I asked for a phone number the number that the person claiming to be an officer gave me was 707-922-3163. I am so tired of being harrassed by these people I have reported them to every one that I possibly can.

They are calling at all times of the day and leaving recorded music on our voicemail if they don't just hang up when we answer. They have another phone number that they use that is harrasing us on a daily basis too, at work, at home and even on our cell phones.
