ROBOCALL from some sort of political candidate. I hate these callers

Whenever I pick up the phone, all I hear from these loudmouths is heavy breathing. It's so incredibly pathetic!

Called me today at about 6 PM. No message left by these jerks. Somehow they got my cell number. How?!!?!
