It's your standard telemarketing call centre -- various corporations or organizations of varying repute outsource their dirty work to these maggots. Their sole mission is to have their war dialers run through every number in the phone book. When they get a human on the line, they try to bait you with one thing or another.
They call me seven times a week and ask me if I would be interested in some sort of weird credit card offer. I say no, then the next week its the exact same thing. Again and again.
I get calls from these loudmouths all the time. The most telemarketing part is they actually leave a message that just has a bunch of noise and uses up like 2 of my voicemail minutes.

Who is this! I dont owe any callers any money. They called my relative too, two times. When I answered, they finally said I wasnt even in their records.

I think this is actually the government calling but they dont seem to be able to leave a message. So weird.
