I tried to call this number back and it was out of service. What to do?

These male callers ask for me to return the call, but I don't plan to bother. What's the point.

I get calls from these mystery callers all the time. The most jerk part is they actually leave a message that just has a bunch of noise and uses up like six of my voicemail minutes.
