I said I dont know the person she wants. She yells at me that I should because I sound like her. Whatever.

Calls on our business phones. I find it really telemarketing and the jerks go away only to call us again and again. Sometimes 4 times a day!

These loudmouths call me again and again. Never say anything. Never a message. annoying!

I ignore telemarketing calls from female callers who basically say they arent even in my area.

Whoever this is apparently knows a fair bit about me, given what he said on the phone. Sounds like a scam.

If you try to return their call, these people who seem friendly just dont pick up. I'm not sure what to do.

I think this is actually the government calling but they dont seem to be able to leave a message. So weird.
