The 877 number is the "Remove" number for a FAX sent by Capital Surplus & Recycling. I called the voice number of the company and expressed my displeasure with getting this FAX. I asked how he got my private business unlisted FAX number. He said that he hired somebody and they sent them out. I told him I wanted to know who this company was. He said I could call the 800 number on the fax to have the number removed. He would not give me the name of the FAX service.
