Called but left no message.

I get what seems like two calls each day from these callers

I tried to call this number back and it was out of service. What to do?

I ignore heavy breathing calls from jerks who basically say they arent even in my area.

I dont even have an account with these people. No idea why they called me.

They call me 7 times a week and ask me if I would be interested in some sort of weird credit card offer. I say no, then the next week its the exact same thing. Again and again.

I said I dont know the person she wants. She yells at me that I should because I sound like her. Whatever.

Repeatedly calls me four or even 10 times every day. I just let my fax machine answer the phone when these jerks call

If you try to return their call, these callers just dont pick up. I'm not sure what to do.
