Joe B When they call for someone who doesn't live in my home, and leave a message, it says if you are XXX and continue to record this message you are indicating this is you and must call 888-754-0373. When I called to say no one by that name lives here, I was placed on hold and continued to wait for 38 minutes and was very frustrated and almost hung up. Just wanted to let this compnay know that the person they were looking for didn't live there. Bad customer service and F---d -up company.............As i'm typing this, they picked up and I stated I was on hold 38 minutes and he didin't apologize. He just asked me for the information of the person he was looking for. Just think if you owed this company and wanted to pay--you would have to wait and I don't think anyone wants to wait to pay for anything.

Anonymous I got seven calls today, each about an hour after the one before it. I called back these jerks using my home number but got a busy signal seven times. When I call on my cell it does ring but no one picks up. So soliciting!
