Called but left no message.

If you try to return their call, these people just dont pick up. I'm not sure what to do.

I ignore heavy breathing calls from loudmouths who basically say they arent even in my area.
Repeatedly calls me five or even 10 times every day. I just let my fax machine answer the phone when these mystery callers call
I got a call from this heavy breathing number a couple days ago. The male callers on the other end claimed they wanted to help me with something. I asked if they knew I was on the government list and they said no.
I basically think its fair to call this stalking. Same people, Same call.
Dont know why they bother calling when these people who seem friendly plan to just hang up immediately.
I dont even have an account with these people. No idea why they called me.
