No way a silly little thing lie the no-call list is going to stop these people.
I get calls from these loudmouths all the time. The most heavy breathing part is they actually leave a message that just has a bunch of noise and uses up like 2 of my voicemail minutes.
Call my friend at least 4 times a day telling him they can lower his bills. Too bad my friend is a teenager and basically has no bills.
